Pros

As a software engineer, I found Povio as a good environment where you can grow in all aspects. The founders are very nice and always strive for improvements. Flexible working hours and working remotely are just two of many perks that I really appreciate.

Cons

Nothing particular. As everywhere you will have intensive days but that's completely normal.
