Pros

Good work environment, not micromanaged. Results oriented, ability to be creative and management accepts input. Flexibility in scheduling, at least for part time employees.

Cons

The volume of work does not support full time staffing. The company is small so the training is not formal, or really easy to pick up. It requires one to keep their eyes and ears open, and be able to ask a lot of questions.

Excellent Research and Development Department, Family oriented, excellent on-the-job training for skilled operators, gives out yearly bonuses, safety oriented, good benefits package, very diverse workforce

Cons

Low pay for skilled workers, personality- not performance oriented, have to be a member of the good-old boy network to get ahead, some managers resistant to change
