Pros
Almost everyone working there is friendly. Different cultures all around the warehouse. Pretty easy job depending on position. Alot of overtime at times and 3 shifts to choose. Huge variety of benefits to choose from, but no, health insurance is not free.
Cons
Low starting pay with horrible raises. You get 1%-3% of your hourly pay as a raise after one year, with 1% being not satisfactory and 3% meaning you're the excellent worker. What this means is that the usual raise will be about $0.20 per year. Overtime with lots of hours usually lasts all of fall-winter, and ends during spring-summer. Checks received with overtime are decent, while the 40hour paychecks are tear-inducing.
