Pros

Great work environment. Positive atmosphere and engaging management. I have found that everyone I speak to says what they mean and they do what they say. Team members are very approachable, willing to go out of their way to improve processes, great work environment, and a functioning implementation of Lean/5S strategies. Having the cafeteria in the building is a huge plus. Much cheaper prices than a regular cafeteria.

Cons

Out of the city and far commute. Need to have better management and leaders are lacking. No mentors just micro manage people.
