Pros

Down to earth workers in different departments. The vibe is chill. Very convenient schedule, mon-thurs. Long weekend every week! There’s room for opportunities.

Cons

Downside is the starting rate even with past experiences and had to wait for a year to get a raise based on the performance. The job itselt is not heavy so I guess it balances the workload/pay.
