Supervisors play games and are very unfair to hard working employees. No recognition unless its negative.

There is nothing positive to say about Powell industries. They need to raise the hourly pay they pay people on the production floor.

Cons

low pay on production floor. People have to work 6 to 7 days a week to make money to take care of their families. Turn over is very high!
