      Consistent pay check. Awesome people to work with. Keep the status quo

      The biggest problem with them is that the company has a lot of pride. The company has lot of 'legacy' which has falsely let them to believe they will be successful in the future. They are very resistant to change Feels like a prison Horrible culture of suppression of vocal or out spoken people that have different ideas Very traditional and old school
