Job Security - extensive backlog secures that you will have work for the foreseeable future. Knowledge - there is a lot to learn from internal processes and design

Cons

Long days - heavy workload leads to lots of paid overtime, if you are a hard worker and dont mind you will find success here. Training - everyone is extremely busy so a lot of self-training is required. everyone is willing to help when needed but a lot is from self-research.
