Pros

Great Leadership and overall org is aligned on strategies. Everything is planned, work around the schedule. Great PM Director and Team, assist you with training and guidance as needed. Easy to get along with.

Cons

Less control over other departments which sometimes feel as cons but has pros that everyone is responsible for their task for projects, PM does not need to take follow-ups. There is nothing to mention as cons. so far.
