- Under the right supervisor, very good work/life balance - Great place to learn, opportunities to grow are frequent - Very helpful coworkers - One day of remote work per week for certain roles - Providing products that can give a greater sense of purpose (electrical/energy infrastructure)

- Low on the pay scale, even for qualified individuals - Capable individuals can be overloaded by lack of project organization - Customers are given every concession, at the cost of the employees' workload and project balance - Not enough remote work opportunities
