Pros

I worked here for 7 years and this place changed my life. Amazing culture, the leadership really cares, and the pay can be great if you work hard (and have sales skills). I'm incredibly grateful

Cons

Regional managers are now seeing crazy pressure put on them by the Executive overseers, and explosive growth is the only option. The never ending stress, long drives, and late nights burned me out. But if you can get through that, its incredibly rewarding

Pros

Ability to earn financial freedom, top tier training programs, huge opportunities for growth, & very inclusive work environment.

Cons

There is no “easy job” at Power. You get out what you put in. You must be patient, disciplined, and optimistic to be extremely successful here. Time management is also important.

Pros

Working at Power Home Remodeling has genuinely been one of the most rewarding professional experiences of my career. This is more than a job—it’s a place where people are developed, supported, and truly valued. From day one, it’s clear that Power invests heavily in its people. The bonus and commission structure is hands-down the best I’ve experienced in the industry. Performance is rewarded fairly and aggressively, and for anyone willing to put in the work, financial freedom is a real and attainable outcome here, not just a buzzword. The culture deserves special recognition. It’s positive, energetic, and contagious. I genuinely look forward to office meetings because they’re motivating, uplifting, and focused on growth—not just numbers. Leadership celebrates wins, supports challenges, and keeps morale high across the board. What truly sets Power apart is the training and mentorship. You’re never left to figure things out on your own. Team leaders, mentors, and managers make themselves consistently available, and the support system is unmatched. Even during slower performance periods, the company doesn’t abandon you—instead, they lean in. Power excels at identifying underperforming reps and helping them transform into confident, high-performing professionals. Another huge standout is the company’s commitment to mental and physical health. That’s not just something Power talks about—it’s something they actively prioritize. Add in the incredible benefits and resources—affordable health insurance, legal services, EV incentives, and more—and it’s clear this company goes above and beyond to take care of its employees.

Cons

The schedule can sometimes feel demanding, but the growth, compensation, and opportunities make the sacrifice worth it. • Commuting can be hectic at times, depending on territory. • There’s no travel allowance or company-branded vehicle, which would be a nice addition. That said, none of these outweigh the overwhelming positives. If you’re looking for a company that will challenge you, support you, reward your effort, and genuinely care about your success and well-being—Power Home Remodeling is that place.
