Pros

You meet some great people at this job from management to your co-workers. The training at this job is second to none with some of the best salesmen in the business on staff. The pay can range but with the right work ethic, motivation and the support you receive from your co-workers and upper management it is nearly impossible not to succeed.

Cons

The hours are intense ranging from 48 to 60 hours a week. Its sales/marketing so job security only exists when you continue to produce. The job can be monotonous and the turn over rate is high.

Pros

I had come aboard with power a couple years ago. This was my first experience in a corporate environment out of college. Home Remodeling was a complete foreign concept to me, but as I came to learn the products and the industry I also discovered a few other aspects about Power. The culture at Power is one that can't be matched, everyone literally is happy coming to work; I quickly became a part of that same shared positivity. Being a part of an organization that has the longevity that Power does while at the same time growing at the rate they are was an experience I will cherish for the rest of my life.

Cons

Be prepared to work; not overworked by any stretch. If its one thing power understands its the work life balance. However, its an environment that expects their employees to put the effort that will not only grow the company but allow yourself to grow and earn a great deal of income along the way.

Pros

Power provides one of the best working atmospheres I have ever been apart of. I wake up every morning, excited to come to work. I truly feel a sense of community and family every time I walk in the door. This place is home. The company actually rents out a resort in Cancun, Mexico for all their employees as a thank you for the work they have done. When I interviewed for the job they told me that anything was possible as long as I was willing to work for it and everything they have promised me has proven true. You get what you put in. There is unlimited potential for career growth and salary. Unlike most companies, power does not cap the amount of money you can make. I didn't have any prior sales or marketing training before taking the job but the training is excellent. The put you into a position to succeed. I can't imagine working for any other company.

Cons

Power demands a high level of dedication and discipline from their employees. Employees are expected to come to work every day and give 110%. The work is hard but it is also extremely rewarding. If you plan of "mailing it in" for 8 hours, this is not the place for you.
