Pros

Since day one Power has given me every opportunity and tool that I need to succeed and advance in my career. There is no such thing as an empty promise here at Power and I am a living example of that. A large majority of the hiring is done from within and all employees are always given an equal opportunity for promotion. As the economy continues to struggle Power has found a way to continue to pay all of its employees a very generous wage and I could not be happier about that. Overall, my experience with the company has surpassed everyone of my expectations to date and with Power the sky is the limit.

Cons

Power expects a lot from its employees and demands true professionalism and a positive attitude at all times.

Pros

I'm convinced that I work for the best company in the United States. Everything that an employee wants and expects out of its employer is administered here. For example the amount of potential growth is unlimited. All promotions are conducted internally. Management and guidance are readily available and adoration and praise are expressed from management when a good job is done. Not too many places of employment practice what they preach but I am glad to be apart of one that actually does.

Cons

Make no mistake about it you have to be a hard worker to succeed in this business. If you're looking for a dead end job just to make a little bit of money this is not the company for you. Depending on your schedule you may have to work long hours.

Pros

The company is very interested in making the employees comfortable and happy. Every employee is treated exceptionally well. The company is rapidly growing and improving. Every person that I work with loves their job, which makes it that much more enjoyable to do my job. I really like every person that I work with. We all have a great work ethic and are constantly improving and moving towards success. So needless to say, all the employees have a lot in common (our work ethic). Now is the best time to begin working for Power Home Remodeling Group because we are going to be growing so swiftly over the next few years.

Cons

The commute. The only thing I can complain about is just how long it takes me to get to work and home from work.
