Pros

Employees are treated properly with salary, earning potential and perks including trips and bonuses. Ability to succeed is clearly encouraged and the growth of Power is rapid yet organized. The skills learned from this job will be used for the rest of someones life. Power has a great outlook on customer service while supplying top valued products.

Cons

Hard work is necessary, without working hard it is difficult to succeed and Power wants everyone to succeed! Long hours make the job demanding, but a proper work/life balance is not difficult to achieve. Training is not easy and requires ample focus, but the reward when completed is worth the time.

Pros

Significantly Income potential Great office culture Down to Earth managers Growth potential. I was made a sales mentor (manager) within a year of being here. No cold calling, marketing of any kind, or follow up after sales are made Whatever effort you put in is recognized. Unlike other sales organizations, helping coworkers improve is central to Powers culture, and when you go above and beyond to help, it is recognized and rewarded.

Cons

Long hours Work/life balance can be difficult at times Being on call for appointments leads to an Unpredictable schedule The best and worst thing about working at power is that they challenge you. If you want a comfortable 9-5 job where you can phone it in every day, then this is definitely not for you. If you want to push yourself to be a better employee and person, and make a lot of money while doing so, then there is no better place to be.
