      Unlimited income potential with continuos training available. Office is relaxed and scheduling is flexible. Many different personalities and possible advancement opportunities.

      Cons

      Leads generated from the marketing department are mostly dead ends and mislead numbers just to meet quota. Sales reps are only trained on new products once they successfully sell initial product. Windows. Siding. Roofing.

      Pros

      This is a company that rewards hard work and dedication. And it feels more like a family as we are always gathering for fun events. The company is even sending us to Cancun for a holiday party to thank us for all of our hard work!

      Cons

      Parking can be a bit far depending on what time you are coming into work. They do have a private and secure lot.

      There is a real earning potential here, an unbelievable culture, a strong leadership team that is devoted to training/ mentoring, as well as a true path for career advancement.

      Cons

      Not your normal 9-5, as this is a sales and marketing firm - have to work hours that are tailored around customers' lifestyles.
