Pros

As a former NFL athlete I have quite a different perspective than most. I have been with Power for a year and a half as a remodeling consultant. One of the biggest PROS to this company, is the atmosphere and culture that is Power Home Remodeling Group. Power as a company is about making your life a success. Management not only wants you to grow as a professional but as a personal as well. The company is reeking of positivity and fun. As odd as it sounds, being in the office and being around committed and positive people makes "work" seem like an oxymoron. The people that are chosen to work at Power are people that would be my friends outside of the job. Bringing similar minded people together that want to have fun and be a success, is the best atmosphere I've been in. You are surrounded by people that only want the best for you and are willing to do whatever they can to help you grow and become better. Another PRO of the company is the amount of recognition you receive from management. If you are doing the job to the best of your ability and are being successful, your accomplishments are posted and recognized on PTV (power TV). Power TV is are network that runs 24/7/365, and recognizes the top people in the company at each position. The last Pro is a combination of two things, Individual Growth Opportunity/Compensation. The two go hand in hand at Power. If you are growing individually and becoming better at your job day by day, week by week you will be compensated financially for your growth and success. And with continuos growth comes new opportunities. By no means will you ever feel like just another employee at PHRG.

Cons

1. For those NOT willing to work hard, you will never be successful at this company. 2. The training program is intense and you must be fully committed in order to make it through the initial training. If you fully commit during the rigorous training it equips you with the tools to be immediately successful. 3. Last Con is that hours can be long at times but if committed, hard-working individuals are offered significant opportunities for advancement.

Pros

You can make some decent money

Cons

They tell you that you are going to be training to move up to the sales position, but really you are just door to door sales with no end in sight.

Pros

This company is filled with individuals who are hungry for an opportunity to create a career for themselves, and Power provides you with all of the tools to do so. The culture and work environment at this company are second to none. Hands on training coupled with helpful co-workers who are in the same position make for a very team-oriented atmosphere. Additionally, uncapped earning potential is definitely there for those who are willing to work hard for it.

Cons

The only con would be some days with longer hours, however once you hit certain levels of accomplishment you are able to develop a more regular schedule for yourself. The schedule is a small sacrifice for the type of income and career you can find here.
