Why I recommend Power to everyone looking for a Career

Pros

Power is not just a place to go through the simple daily work routine. It is an experience that is hard to come by. Its an organization that allows you to reach your full potential, you get out what you put in and you can be proud of that. Management at all levels are open and willing to help at all times to allow you to succeed. They provide a foundation that allows innovation, teamwork and constant growth opportunity. Case in point, I have recently relocated and am not longer working for Power so I am without bias. Still, I have nothing but positive things to say about the organization, its culture, my colleagues (who have become some of my greatest friends incidentally) and the opportunity they provide. I have become a better more marketable person because of my time spent with such a great organization.

Cons

You are expected to put in the time in order to succeed. Some days you work more hours than others, but again you get out what you put in. The harder you work the further you will go.

Pros

Awesome atmosphere. Great people who are life long friends.

Cons

Long Hours. Told in interview 11-7 more like 9:30-7 sometimes 8. Told that every demo is $200. You don't get paid until 4 in a week. 3 appointments gets you $25 whole dollars. A lot of appointments do not demo b/c of credit, or the sales guy does not leave a price, or Inside Sales needs more appointments. Managers are out for their own personal gain.
