Pros

Excellent opportunity for growth, a high income, and an incredible work environment -as the company grows, I'm excited to have the chance to travel and help other offices open -furthermore with growth, I truly feel I have potential for real advancement and upward mobility. -for the most part, My committment to being great at what I do, dictates my income, which is incredible. I came from a teaching background, and no matter how good I was, I wouldn't get further compensated unless I coached a sport. -I enjoy the work environment and I love the people I work with. I have found lifelong friends within my peers at work - I feel like I couldn't have wished for more from a career -the best thing about Power, is I pop my head off the pillow in the morning, I love what I do, and I experience self-achievement everyday. I don't believe I could have been this good anywhere else

Cons

Not many -the job is what you make of it -the first year, the schedule can be a little tricky, but it gets better as you achieve certain goals -you work Saturdays, but who doesn't these days? Even that can be fun though

Pros

Advancement in the company is very reachable if you are responsible and perform well. Pay is great; literally with a limitless cap. Upper management are generally speaking good role models and everyone is willing to help everyone else. The owner of the company as well as the CEO and CFO are very family-like, friendly, and actually answer emails within minutes, I find it very relaxing that there is a direct connection, not a chain of command.

Cons

Some employees are irresponsible, dishonest and shouldn't be there. Certain bad influences have been spread around and doesn't always give new employees a chance to make money the right way.

Pros

I have been fortunate to have worked for both large and small companies. I say fortunate simply because each path brought me one step closer to Power. I have never worked for more entrepreneurial, committed, and remarkable individuals in my career. From the charity work we do for Alex's Lemonade Stand and impoverished youth to our unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction, and our family culture where pride in work is only trumped by pride in each other. This is the type of environment that makes you truly enjoy the sound of your alarm clock in the morning.

Cons

Sometimes growth can impact our ability to keep a family atmosphere where everyone knows each other and is available to support one another. Having 8 offices throughout the Atlantic Coast is Mid West makes that difficult.
