      Pros

      The atmosphere is great, it is the perfect mixture of play and work. Everybody is in the office to help and wants you to successed while keeping it light and enjoyable. Great promotions and hard work does not go unnoticed.

      Cons

      The biggest con are the hours, the fact that its difficult to maintain any kind of routine can be a tough transition from a typical 9-5 job.

      Company genuinely cares about the workforce. You don't have co-workers you have brothers who will do anything to help you succeed. Christmas in Mexico!

      Tough schedule forces you to make the most of your free time.

      Pros

      It is great to be a part of an organization that is constantly striving to be better and the leadership at every level is always listening to its employees, gathering ideas on how to get there. The culture in the workplace is awesome. You have unlimited opportunities, promotion only happens from within which ensures that everyone not only can grow with Power, but you know that everyone above you has done it the same way which breeds respect and loyalty.

      Cons

      The only con and its hard to call it a con, is sometimes there are some very late nights, but it all balances itself out in the end.
