      Pros

      Working at Power provides a multitude of flexibility in many aspects of life. From the schedule to the competitive pay, the sky is the limit on your potential. Of course, you will get back what you put into it, and hard work is never gone unnoticed. Also, everyone in management is very receptive to all ideas and will help you reach your goals moving forward with the company. The culture of the office is hands down in a league of its own, where a professional workplace is kept, but you genuinely love coming into the office because everyone is constantly rooting for everyone to be better.

      Cons

      While the training is very thorough and prepares you for each aspect of the job, there could be a bit more structure to the training overall, especially when it comes to learning more advanced products.

      Pros

      Power gives every employee all the tools to succeed: phenomenal training, endless support both from upper management and co-workers, a great work environment, as well as room for advancement. I have been with the company for over 2.5 years and in the first 15 months was promoted three times. They offer unbelievable promos and bonuses for just doing your job. I will never write another resume in my life, and can't imagine another company that cares so much for its employees.

      None, you are made very well aware in the interview and in training what to expect and the demands of the job

      Pros

      Management is excellent; environment is superlative; benefits and salary (with bonuses included, meaning you'll need to put in a little work); room to grow both within the company and as a professional.

      Cons

      Plenty of rejection as with any sales/marketing position; self-motivation is a must (which can be a pro or con depending on the individual - you're not being watched 24/7 meaning it's up to you to hold yourself accountable and reach your goals).
