By the end of this year I would have the opportunity to move to any major northeast city and still make the same amount of money and not miss a beat. Management wants you to do well as an employee, and takes pride in their employees doing so.

At PHRG, this is not the case. They provide state of the start training, that provides you an arsenal of tools to be successful.
