Pros

1) uncapped opportunity to earn $$ (generous bonuses and promos) 2) training, tools, resources, coaching/mentorship: given everything you need to be successful right out the gate (even with no experience) 3) unlimited career growth: ability to get into leadership within first year, opening new offices, company growth = need for more leaders = more promotions 4) unbeatable culture: team outings, office outings, company trips to Mexico

Cons

1) If you’re not willing to invest time and effort into yourself, this is not the place for you. Schedule can be intense at times, homeowners can be rude. Takes mental stamina and endurance. 2) never know when you’ll be busy or working. This role is on-call so it’s hard to plan life outside of work (though you do work less hours in total and are home more) - it’s just different and takes adjustment

Pros

The pros at Power overwhelmingly outweigh the cons. Some of which include the following: Growth opportunities Uncapped earning potential Exceptional Leadership Fully paid training Personal growth and development Regularly communicated company direction Cancun Mexico Trip (Quest) Relocation opportunities Company culture Only promote from within the business

Cons

The phrase "you get out what you put in" is a perfect representation of any role at Power. Any cons that could be listed would only ever be listed in a time when someone is "putting in" less than what they expect to be "getting out."
