Pros

Good pay and great coworkers.

Cons

Compensation plan is set up in such a way to make it unattainable without breaking state laws and local guidelines for permitting. Leadership lords over when and how long you can use your PTO. Opportunities for promotion on this side of the business are almost non existent unless you transfer to open a new office. The workmans compensation insurance company is a joke.
