Pros

You are trained very well and are surrounded by motivating and hungry people. You have the opportunity to make as much money as you want with no caps on commission and lots of promos and bonuses. They also offer great benefits and put on a lot of cool events. Very good office vibe with cool people.

Cons

The schedule is a little wonky. You are on call for the whole day and will have to drive pretty far for appointments. They don’t reimburse you for gas, tolls, mileage, etc.

Pros

The earning possibilities are there and we are given all the tools and resources that we need to execute them. The mentors and VPs are honestly the best, can’t think of anyone that I would rather have in their position. They serve with intentionally and truly care about you and your success in the business.

Cons

The only thing I truly struggle with, is the little white lies that can be in certain parts of the script, such as the down to earth. “ I pride myself in being clear and honest, I visit 2 to 3 homes a day and many people I tell them to take advantage of the one year price because they don’t have to many issues going on in their home, unfortunately for you that is not the case.” This statement isn’t entirely true, I mainly visit 1 to 2 homes a day, and truthfully we are doing our best to get the work started with every homeowner we meet. So my issue isn’t that we are trying to secure the deal every meeting, that’s our job. Majority of houses we visit need our product and I know we are the best in the business to do it. It’s just those white lies the script that I could have a hard time with personally because of the kind of person I am and pride myself to be. These are small things in our script that we have that can bother me a bit and being able to say those things with true conviction because I know it isn’t entirely true. So that I my only and main con I have to say. And I know it isn’t the same conviction for everyone but I believe we can seal deals with homeowners without having to use white lies. And I believe that is integrity.
