Toxic Work Environment

Pros

Fast paced work and interesting work. A lot of great people in general throughout the company who are knowledgeable professionals.

Cons

While most departments have good management, not all departments are the same. The department I worked in created a toxic work environment. Worked long hours and was verbally mistreated on a regular basis. Was encouraged to seek professional development opportunities but then was denied those opportunities by the department manager after taking initiative.
