      As an Engineer, I learned something new every day and with Senior Engineers having 20 to 45 years of experience, there is always someone to learn from and get support. We have the latest technology and Management always tries to make sure we have what we need.

      • Approval of employees to seek own directive and find effective answers • Managers share ideas and opinion based feedback • Independent work environment • Staff is kind and personable to interact with • Work hours are consistent and stable • Benefits are wonderfully generous • Cubicles are enormous

      Cons

      • The drinks in the break room are a little costly • Slow periods seem to occur once in a while • The vast knowledge and technology used to create products is somewhat overwhelming, but extremely interesting.
