      Great place to work with exciting atmosphere

      Pros

      Challenging, fast paced, everyday growth, working with tenured engineers and upper management, friendly atmosphere and I enjoy coming to work everyday.

      Cons

      Can be stressful but the company continues to grow so some departments are short staffed which adds to the stress.

      • Approval of employees to seek own directive and find effective answers • Managers share ideas and opinion based feedback • Independent work environment • Staff is kind and personable to interact with • Work hours are consistent and stable • Benefits are wonderfully generous • Cubicles are enormous

      Cons

      • The drinks in the break room are a little costly • Slow periods seem to occur once in a while • The vast knowledge and technology used to create products is somewhat overwhelming, but extremely interesting.
