Caring CEO, Long track record of success, Potential for large commissions in sales

Cons

Struggling with clarity of direction. Some management is unavailable/does not seem to care about their employees. Slow moving/not very adaptable. Difficult to have your opinion heard if not in upper management. Heavily male dominated culture, not much diversity in employees.

I was challenged and I was learning almost of new things. These days its that I get a paycheck. The leadership wants to take the company in a new direction which is partially why I stayed.
