Pros

Remote but it is toxic

Cons

- Low pay - no raises - no promotions - verbally abusive CEO - no structure - no strong leadership - lies to their clients - full of false promises - toxic environment - no room for growth

Remote working Kind colleges Non toxic environment

Cons

The worst thing is the Salary too low but the work is hard Also if you worked with over time you will not paid for which is not fair at all because always you need to work overtime The sources are not enough at all lack of employees as a lot of them leave in early stages of employment So number of developers and QA is not compatible with the size of work a lot of pressure on these teams

Pros

The product is interesting itself and have a complex logic, you will not feel bored with routine features, as each one have it's own difference. Most of the colleagues are friendly, hard-working and helpful. Can be a good place for US/AU employees as an opportunity for experience and growth. The tech processes are not excellent but I've noticed some good changes during the last period, hopefully the progress will keep going.

Cons

Sometimes you will face overtimes but you are not forced to overtime. Your activity is monitored and screenshots of desktop are taken, but I've never had any questions from management related to them. Salary is not competitive.
