Great benefits Work Life balance Lots of room for lateral growth across departments but less room to move up. Mostly because there are few employees that are leaving.

Needs more opportunity to growth within the organization

Pros

Pretty laid back and friendly atmosphere. Allowed for a very independent working environment. Very inclusive of all. Great location and easy to get to.

Cons

It was temp work so there weren't any benefits, just per hour pay. Also data entry work can be mundane but that's with all data entry work. Can't really say much more.
