Pros

Great benefits. Laid-back environment. Decent time off.

Cons

Upper management micromanages and they are very set in their ways and not willing to change with the times or listen to anyone else's ideas. It's difficult to move within the company or get promotions.

Pros

Benefits are great. Best I've ever received while working for a company. Good work to life balance.

Cons

Upper management tends to micromanage. No room to move up in company.
