Pros

Work-life Balance, product is strong, many ex-attorneys with inside industry knowledge/experience. Great exposure to the business side of law even though its focused on CLE. The benefits are fantastic.

Cons

Can be pretty monotonous. The levels to which you can climb are somewhat low or simply out of reach. People do not leave the higher roles. Sales has high turnover depending on success.
