Pros
- What you put in is what you get out of! - Benefits are outstanding - Prior colleagues and friendships established - Compensation - Technology and solutions offered to customer base - Management took time to come to the customer site and spend time getting to know the team
Cons
- Upon completion of engagements the risk of being let go. (This is the nature of the business). They are upfront when hiring this is a contract work! - Would of have been great to get the clearance discussed at start of engagement
