Pros

A family-owned organization with strong work ethic ethos.

Cons

Out of step and touch family ownership, has not reinvested in the people and company to consistently continue as a viable government contracting leader. A revolving door of new leadership 'fail' to reenergize the company, because they never can really call the shots and there is not enough done to keep strong talent.

Working under questionable conditions.
