No money to be made in commotions, extreme long sale cycle, average cycle time 2 to 4 yrs. commotions only paid out twice a year and must be employed to receive it . You are give a territory, but not protected. you get other BDM going into your territory and stealing your accounts. Upper management not willing to correct the issue.
