      Pros

      Worked with and met some good coworkers, co-managers, and customers. Paychecks did not bounce.

      Cons

      Terribly long hours for operations, no quality of life, no appreciation of sacrifices made in personal life to complete "in season" rush of obligations, management did not value individual employee experience...wanted to replace long-time employees with cheap, warm bodies.

      Pros

      Paychecks did not bounce. Coworkers were great, but most have moved on. Adiministrative Assistants have a easy job, set hours. Corporate office has attitude that locations serve Corporate (while they generate $0 revenue)

      Cons

      Agronomy does not pull their weight. Operations have horrible demands and hours. Upper management lacks integrity, vision, innovation, honesty, and grit. People are no longer a valued asset, just pawns in the Growmark game. Company seeks to retain the "talkers" while the "doers" get jobs done. Extremes are met to retain the "talkers" as the "doers" are let walk away. Hostile work environment. Sexual discrimination daily.
