      Great people to work with that were engaged in their work and the company.

      Strategically oriented briefs with good operational freedom and high level of trust. Very agile and responsive. Great company image, makes you proud to be on the team.

      Cons

      Senior management structure still suffering from a very rapid expansion. Internal communication at senior level still lagging. Staff rotation still too high for medium term stability.
