low pay minimum benifits Only incentive to work there is the work life balance, which has disappeared since everyone works remote, it can no longer compete with local businesses in terms of salary.

Pros

I had a good manager who was very transparent with us, if you land a good manager then you will likely enjoy the work. It's easy to clock in for exactly 8 hours a d to be one with work after that. Flexible work hours, worked from 8am-4pm, another team mates worked from 11am-7pm, again this was down to our good manager.

Cons

Pay is below the going rate even though they claim otherwise. It is difficult to get a decent pay raise, once you're salary is decide you will only be inching away from it. I believe that they pay women less - based on a small survey that I did with employees who had approx the same experience that I had.
