Pros

They are building facilities and creating jobs in a horrible economy. There are lots of hours available for non exempt workers to bank a little overtime.

Cons

401 K contributions eliminated last year. Exempt emloyees were all given 5% pay cuts. Benefits are low cost, but cheap providers. Poor to non-existant training programs. Unsafe safety program. Long hours. Demanding attitudes. Walls built between departments in "team environment." There are honesty (or lack of) issues.

Pros

It's a job if you like long hours when they need you, and it is part time when they don't

Cons

I have to use my vacation time for surgery, No rises, you pay for all your benefit, the health insurance worthless, there is no sick leave and if you miss more then 3 day or are late 3 times (depending on who you are) you are terminated, the equipment is crap.
