They mean well

Pros

Prestigious and admirable company. Team environment with plenty of upward mobility and opportunity to grow with a large variety of job options. Wonderful benefits and work-life balance.

Cons

Their computer networks and software applications are so secure...no one can use them. Too much time is lost wasting time gaining and re-gaining access as well as other connectivity issues. There must be a better way.

The work at P&W can be rewarding and projects can be cutting edge

Cons

Florida is outpost and CT is center on attention. Pay differential between Managers and Engineers can be extremely and only getting worse. Minimal pay increases, no bonus, 5 hours of free overtime for P1-P4 non-exempt employees meanwhile managers rack in $20-100k bonuses

Tons of work & experience, hybrid workstyle, ability to move within organization, good career growth (sometimes without the pay increase)

Cons

Pay is becoming less competitive, no bonus, no profit sharing, expected 48+ hour work week for military engines, minimal raises, employees are expected to do more with less pay
