      Pros

      There are still enough high level pros with excellent engineering culture to learn from. A perfect place to start your carrier.

      Cons

      Management is completely lost to what it takes to grow and keep the talent. Too much focus on low cost engineering labor and off-shoring.

      Pros

      Co workers are generally quite competent, you can learn from them and they are quite willing to help. The products that Pratt designs tend to push the design envelope as much as possible so there is an emphasis placed on developing new analysis techniques and technologies.

      Cons

      Management tends to seek one set of unobtainable criteria at the onset of a design and then changes its mind before parts are even produced. This tends to lead to alot of redesigns before the initial design is even tested. This is really frustrating when you have invested much time optimising to one set of parameters only to have them change. I suppose this is typical to some extent of any high tech company.
