      Good benefits and managers do try to engage staff at site.

      Business model is butts in seats which sometimes lead to poor hiring decisions.

      Pros

      Praxis has a family oriented feel. The leaders know everyone by name and are very visible at company functions. They hold many activities but there is no pressure to always attend. They understand that everyone has a busy life and needs personal time. They are very helpful when an employee wants to move to a new position within the company.

      Cons

      Would like to see more contracts with different customers to enable more diversity with the work opportunities.

      I was able to contribute immediately as an intern.

      Cons

      I was unable to continue my internship into the subsequent school semester due to the company downsizing the department I worked in.
