      Lively, collaborative work environment Less pressure to ensure your "billable" more emphasis on a better fit for you and the customer Great after-work initiatives and charitable activities

      Cons

      Not the variety of projects/work of some of the big companies...even given that, how easy do they let you move around anyway?

      Pros

      Great benefits (Medical, Dental, 401(k), profit sharing, etc.) People are very easy to work with Company management backs their words with action...people really do come first. You will have a place to go and something to do in between contract assignments.

      Cons

      You might have to get help keeping the smile off your face. You won't always win the sports ticket lottery drawings.

      Great benefits Great culture and family atmosphere Great company events (free tickets to sporting events, happy hours, parties, etc) Great training opportunities Great work flexibility I seriously LOVE working here!

      Cons

      Your friends and family will be envious of you. Many will say they hate you for being so lucky. ;) You can't do better than this company...
