      Pros

      Good benefits (health, dental, vision), year end bonus, 401K contribution never below 7%, referral bonus both internal and external, paid training.

      Cons

      I can only speak for the VA office programs. Once you are hired and placed, it is like any other company if you work at Govt site. The PMO nags you for monthly reports and to get your time card completed on time. If you have an issue, they may listen but will not do much to help. They profess a work/life balance but that is impossible if you work on Govt site. You will hear from your manager if there is bad news and that is it.

      - All of their employees are high quality - Great management, PMs - They've kept small company quality and vibe while being a midsize company - Interesting contracts to work on; a lot of primes

      Cons

      They don't have the highest salaries
