      Pros

      The team is incredibly welcoming and always willing to help. I got real project experience that actually contributed to ongoing work. There’s a strong learning culture, and I felt trusted and valued.

      Cons

      Onboarding process could be smoother. Sometimes it was hard to understand expectations for deliverables early on. A bit more structured mentorship would’ve helped at first.

      - Mission Focused Work - Work-Life Balance - Not a bad place to work, just not what it once was

      Cons

      - Insultingly small raises - Even smaller annual bonuses - Benefits getting worse and worse, GDIT is moving in - The new HR team does not work in the office anymore and is almost impossible to talk to them.
