Pros

Is a good place to start for the company. Can easily move from department to department. Beautiful office space & organized. Environment, benefits, product, leadership and culture are all top notch! PRAXM is a company that actually cares about you.

Cons

Pros

The properties are beautiful and really showcase Cityscape’s image in the community. The residents are treated very well.

Cons

Policies are inconsistent and some employees receive preferential treatment due to personal relationships. There are very unclear directives on expectations that change daily. Upper management do not respect their employees and talk down to them. They are very demanding over small tasks that do not affect the overall performance of the property and take up all of our time to get things done. The company could be great if changes were made in these areas.
