Pay and hours are decent.
Cons
Toxic work environment can make work life stressful. Lots of gossipping and undermining of professionals by non experienced employees. Non Degree employees make more than degree professionals who are also able to work overtime without penalty vs other areas of the facility who are not allowed to work overtime or over a certain amount of overtime. many people overworked and underpaid with high turnover in packaging plant area (lowest paid area I assume).
