      Pros

      Decent Pay, 401K, med, dental , the basics.

      Cons

      No room for advancement, spend more money on Luncheons and extra curricular that they could be paying employees.

      Pros

      Mostly good people, like family , good mechanics & I/E techs. Some operators, all mechanics and I/E department very hard workers and reliable. QC department very reliable.

      Cons

      Poor management,some operators and some supervision VERY unprofessional, no set work schedule makes it hard to spend family time and get needed rest between shifts., plant dirty.
