Management has their heads so far up their butts they haven't seen daylight in years. The mass exodus has begun. Run.

Everyone is happy to be at work and excited and passionate about doing great work. They are all relaxed and have a casual atmosphere.

Cons

There weren't many downsides to the intern program except you didn't learn too much about sales and marketing industry itself.
