Not much upward mobility in the group.

-Insidious culture that rewards taking credit for others' work and being liked by the CEO. -Huge disconnect between upper management's big ideas and the reality of how things are put together. So often a big shiny idea will be made in a exec meeting and the workers who do the groundwork will have to deal with with it on crunch time while handling their normal duties. -If you actually do work that makes a difference and addresses problems with the company, I found it is quite common that you receive negative feedback. I have been told, multiple times, that I should not bring up known issues with the company's products among other things. I have been told this is because it makes other executives look bad because what's most important to the company's upper management is the illusion that they are making an impact. -Logistical nightmare. They call it the "Precept way" as a means of hiding how unprofessional and unkempt their way of business is. -Absolutely no on-board training system is in place and you will be doing things beyond your job description starting day two. -Terrible pay rates - disgustingly low for a Seattle based company. -Huge bonuses for upper management based off the their subordinates' success, however the lower level employees see little to none of this money. -Upper management is known to ignore urgent emails and often set you up for failure.
